Role-based access for your trucking operation

Starter role boundaries (editable later)

`admin`: full access, role assignment, load creation
`dispatcher`: dispatch visibility and driver coordination (future route)
`driver`: assigned loads + status updates only
`accounting`: invoices / A/R (future route)
